Charlie Taylor Hair & Beauty Staff Conference

Charlie Taylor Hair & Beauty held their latest Staff Conference at Perth Concert Hall. Teams from all the Charlie Taylor salons attended the conference and watched presentations by both Directors Charlie and Alastair Taylor, Schwarzkopf Professional and guest speakers.

The theme of the conference was " Charlie Taylor - The Brand." Various aspects of the Charlie Taylor Brand were presented, with particular emphasis on customer service, consistency of performance and the importance of teamwork.
