Top Scottish Hairdresser Charlie Taylor, based in Perth, Scotland, was in Moscow recently to judge the Russian Hair Awards. Along with fellow judges Nicky Clark, Akin Konizi, Beverly Cobella, Luke Walton and Angelo Seminara, she presented a model ( pictured ) to an audience of over 1,000, as well as presenting trophies to the winning stylists. The Awards were held in the Kremlin Palace which was described as "awesome" by Charlie. Charlie Taylor is one of the UK's foremost hairdressers and a lifetime member of the British Hairdressing Hall of Fame.
